WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 47-52

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 47
God will equip you with KNOWLEDGE that will prompt you when it’s time to disengage from a relationship or process.  Before you back away, accept that conflict can be an opportunity for true love and grace to flow! Don’t make the mistake of believing people must agree on every issue to be agreeable.  Welcome the opportunity to talk to those with whom you might disagree.  Be COURAGEOUS enough to look for peace in the midst of conflict.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 48
POSITIONING is a matter of strategy, and this strategy requires you to listen to God’s voice!  Going off on your own will put you completely out of place and in a prime location for destruction.  Heed God’s voice.  Without His KNOWLEDGE and wisdom, there’s no way you will ever know where you are supposed to be.  Get alone.  Get quiet. Now, listen as God reveals to you the POSITION He has for you.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 49
God wants to update your files with new KNOWLEDGE and information!  Being equipped with old information prevents you from accurately distinguishing friend from foe, causing you to fight off the very person to whom God has EXPOSED you in order for them to help you!  God often sends help in unlikely places from unexpected sources.  As God directs you, learn to put away your sword and open up your heart!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 50
Before you run, realize that it is usually the easy way out!  Your new journey takes COURAGE! If you’re always running away from your problems, you will never mature into the person God designed you to be.  Maturity requires that you know how to discern and decide when to run and when to figure out how to make something work.  Be COURAGEOUS enough to stand firm and no longer make flight your customary response.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 51
Making assumptions prevents you from respecting differences and learning from others.  POSITIONING and EXPOSURE necessitate that you spend time with people who are different from you.  It takes COURAGE, but the resulting KNOWLEDGE is priceless.  When you only interact with people who look like you and think like you, you have no checks and balances to avoid extremes and to provide wisdom.  Be patient in the new relationships God has given you, and look for the deep things that can unite you with others.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 52
We’ve reached the final day of The 52 Days of Pecking Orders, but don’t stop!  Don’t turn back!  Your POSITION has changed!  You’ve been EXPOSED to things you’ve never seen!  You’re more COURAGEOUS than you’ve ever been!  You have new KNOWLEDGE to help in the days ahead!  Now that you have all this, this is not the time to kick up your feet and relax.  Go forth and possess all that God has for you.  Fulfill His purpose for your life and watch Him take you to an even greater level!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 43-46

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 43

PECKING toward your future will introduce you to conflict.  Remain calm! Before you “fight”, you must select where and when to direct aggression.  To heal any conflict, you have to give up the need for revenge, retaliation and being right and “fight” for the greater good.  This requires you to exercise patience, wisdom and faith in God’s goodness.  As you PECK, choose your  battles wisely

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 44

Before you credit extenuating circumstances beyond your control to your achievement or failure, you must admit that you are a victim or victor of your own making because of a key decision. This level of self-honesty takes COURAGE! Your decisions set the course for your life. Past decisions and their consequences can be offset by decisions you make now. Hold yourself accountable for your decisions and exercise the process of reflection, discernment and decision.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 45
Being overwhelmed by your feelings as you start PECKING and acting upon God’s will for your life is normal.  You will face emotions like fearing you will fail and have only yourself to blame.  Maybe you’ll feel sad and ashamed of past mistakes.  Don’t judge yourself.  All of this is normal, and God is right there with you, promising to never leave you nor forsake you (Deut. 31:6).  Don’t quit!  Get out of your feelings and KEEP PECKING!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 46
No matter what stage you find yourself in while PECKING, you will encounter instances that tempt you to “fight”. But, before you fight, you must determine if it’s winning or your love of fighting that is driving you.  There are things in your life that have conditioned a fight-prone personality.  We have to love, live and survive.  However, think deeply to understand whether the spoils justify the fight.  Don’t allow an old, fight-loving mentality destroy all that you’ve built during the PECKING process

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 39-42

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 39

Before you quit anything, gain some KNOWLEDGE and do a self-examination! Though you might want to quit your life, leave everything behind and start over some place new, understand that you will leave the circumstances…but, you’ll never escape yourself. During PECKING, we sometimes quit the wrong things at the wrong time. Take COURAGE and face the situation head on so that, if you must leave, you can clearly think about where you want to go and what you want to do next!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 40
PECKING will call forth dreams you’ve buried prematurely that God wants to resurrect in your life.  He will resurrect these dreams because they are a part of His purpose for your life.  Grieve the past wrong choices you’ve made, but forgive yourself.  Take COURAGE and celebrate hope for brand new opportunities.  Face the facts about your dreams and how you’ve changed over the years.  Are you COURAGEOUS enough to step into the resurrected dreams?  PECK!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 41
Before you break through to the next level of success, understand that you will nearly fail.  But, don’t stop PECKING!  Allow me to explain.  People who’ve achieved great things are no more talented than you.  They’ve simply learned to lean into their mistakes and persevere through them to the next level of challenge and expectation. Don’t quit! I’ve never seen a quitter win, but I see winners because they didn’t quit!  God has you right where He wants you.  Keep PECKING!

WTAL- 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 42
Before you obtain dreams worth having, you will have to take risks!  You must take COURAGE, overcome your fear of new heights and be willing to risk failing at the next level!  If you see no way humanly possible for your dream to succeed, that is a great asset because it keeps you humble and willing to accept KNOWLEDGE from others.  As you keep PECKING, ask for new strength and press on in the face of risk!

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 35- 38

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 35

When God POSITIONS you, He has a way of putting you in a place where you have no choice but to move from the safe center to the uncertain edge of a new experience! Admittedly, you would avoid making the necessary changes or facing the edge if you could. It’s here that you learn the value of faith and fuel of prayer. Activate both as God POSITIONS you to face uncertainty.

.                                                             WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 36

DO NOT TURN BACK! You are doing so well! Before you give in to your anxieties, respect what is at stake! This whole idea of PECKING may seem scary. After all, you’re operating outside your comfort zone the entire time. But, the only way to avoid these nerve-racking feelings is to simply play it safe by sticking to what is easy and familiar. Expect to be uncomfortable because the stakes of your future are high! KEEP PECKING!!!
WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 37

Before you give up, affirm that the sky is the limit! You’ve been POSITIONED and EXPOSED. You’ve taken COURAGE and gathered KNOWLEDGE. You’ve set your goals high, knowing you could not achieve them on your own. Even if this is your second or umpteenth attempt, DON’T GIVE UP! You’re right on track. You were not created to play it safe. Take the risk and continue asking God, “Father, what’s next?”

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 38

As you keep PECKING, you’ll be faced with the temptation to end a relationship of any kind. Before you do, consider the consequences. Ending a relationship carries with it unseen ripples of regret and second thoughts. Before you “sign the dotted line” to terminate a relationship, look at all the facets of the relationship along with your motives. Do everything you can possibly do to preserve a relationship before ending it. Your experiences here will help you as God EXPOSES you to more relationships.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 31-33

WTAL- 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 31
As you become EXPOSED to more, you will need to shut the doors on those things that negatively influence you.  But, before you shut a door you will not be able to reopen, stop and think.  You need the KNOWLEDGE to be able to tell the difference between a bad door and one that’s simply not ready.  Do not close a door on a relationship or opportunity out of frustration just because it squeaks a little.  God may bring you back to it when you are fully prepared to handle it!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 32
Forgiving someone takes a considerable amount of COURAGE because it requires you to be a bigger person and let things go…something most of us don’t want to do.  Grudges spread and invade our healthy emotions.  Forgiveness conquers bitterness!  Moving toward your goals will require you to be COURAGEOUS enough to release the bitterness you’ve held for so long.  Remember to forgive as you want to be forgiven!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 33
Don’t ever go into a business deal without the proper research and KNOWLEDGE!  Doing so will quickly allow the stronger personality to arrange the relationship to suit them.  KNOWLEDGE helps you ensure there is equity and fairness between all parties in the business relationship.  Make sure you do what is fair, and be COURAGEOUS and willing enough to address and correct mistakes.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 27-30

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 27

Fullness of life requires a dedication to experiencing and being EXPOSED to new things.  Imagine remaining where you are and doing the same thing you’ve always done for the rest of your life!  If not for the sake of your future, go to new places and try new things just for the sake of getting out of your own comfort zone and living the full life God has ordained for you!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 28
EXPOSURE to more opportunities and people will quickly teach you not to get wrapped up in how things appear.  Some details simply cannot be ascertained until you experience the fullness of the entire situation.  A particular opportunity may look perfect on paper while your previous experiences instruct you to use caution and not take something at face value.  As you head toward the fulfillment of your goals, heed the caution your previous experiences and EXPOSURE suggest.  Your newfound knowledge and wisdom will prevent you from making mistakes based on impulsive and emotional decisions.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 29
In following Naomi, Ruth was EXPOSED to a myriad of new things, including gleaning remnants from the side of a field.  While she was experiencing something less than desirable, but altogether new, she was completely unaware of the other method in which God EXPOSED her.  Little did she know Boaz, her future husband, was watching her.  She was POSITIONED for the redemption of her family line.  God will EXPOSE you and POSITION you for His purpose.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 30
In this new season, God will EXPOSE you to brand new things and people. However, don’t get caught up in looking at the outside of a person, relationship or situation!  These things do not always reflect what is on the inside.  Jesus said about the Pharisees that outside they were clean, but inside they were full of dead men’s bones (Matthew 23:27).  Ask God for His wisdom and KNOWLEDGE as you navigate new territory and people!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 24- 26

WTAL- 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 24
With the estimated 7 billion people on the planet and the ability to be on the other side of the world in less than a day, it would be incorrect in saying there’s nothing new to discover. Sadly, many of us think just that!  God’s EXPOSURE requires us to leave behind what’s comfortable to embark upon the uncertainty of the unfamiliar.  As you move toward your goal, you will encounter the unknown.  God uses EXPOSURE as the practice arena for the newness and uncertainty you will experience in your future.  It’s best to learn the lesson of being comfortable in uncertainty now, than having to learn it later.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 25
One difference between Successful people and unsuccessful people is EXPOSURE! Successful people read and study new things, go new places…always preparing for the next move by accumulating new knowledge and experiences.  These very experiences uniquely equip them to handle the vagueness of the future while they move toward their goals.  Make a list of the different things you’ve always wanted to do, but haven’t yet availed yourself of the opportunity.  You’ll often find it’s your lace of COURAGE that’s prevented you from doing them.  Take action on the easiest one and accomplish it.  As you’re EXPOSED to more, you will desire more!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 26
Like inmates in a prison yard, so many of us stay within the limits of the cities or neighborhoods we’ve grown up in, never venturing outside of them for the slightest amount of time.  God has given you freedom—freedom to be EXPOSED to all of His creation and not just your particular street in your particular part of town.  Take steps now toward EXPOSING yourself to more.  Go to museums, theaters, orchestral performances, cultural festivals or anything you’ve never experienced in your own city as this will ignite a desire in you to see what lies beyond the “prison” walls of where you’ve always been.  A whole new world of discoveries awaits…

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 21, 22, 23

1.     WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 21

As you continue to go forth with your Pecking Orders, I encourage you to broaden your interests, people and hobbies.... they broaden your perspective and outlook. Don’t just build spiritually, but build on the foundation of your spiritual life. It could be as simple as reading different magazines or newspapers, or going to places that are different from where you normally go. Get outside of your political belief system, gender or race. Broader views are a great repellant to ignorance. A complete world-view leads to a richer, fuller life.

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 22

The favor that God has placed on your life will cause you to be liked by people you can’t even imagine. They will be intelligent, influential and have wisdom to share with you on your journey. This requires that you EXPOSE yourself to more than just your familiar surroundings. These new “things” and new people God is sending your way may operate on a higher level than what you are accustomed to. Get comfortable trying new things and going new places. You’ll be glad you did! Keep pecking…
52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 23

So many of us remain trapped in the shell of the familiar, never venturing out to see different locations, eat new foods or even hear music we’re not accustomed to. Then, we wonder why we never progress further in life. EXPOSURE is a choice! Do you choose to hold on to the familiarity of what you’ve always experienced, or will you take a chance on something new and vibrant? This may cause you to be nervous, but it greatly enriches your life experience. God has more for you than your current surroundings! Take COURAGE and step out on faith to see and experience more!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 18, 19 20

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 18

As God POSITIONS you for the future, you will begin noticing the importance of breaking old cycles.  Breaking the cycle of repeated mistakes requires making a decision to move on with your life, but it won’t happen overnight and neither will it be easy.  Find a way to move out of the past, move ahead, free from all encumbrances that threaten to leave you attached to your yesterday.  Do not let the dead weight of old cycles impede your progress! PECK….

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 19

Some things need to be put back where they belong. Translated: some relationships simply need to be severed! Others may require some closure for you to move on. Still, others need to be put back in their proper place. “Can two walk together, except they be agreed” (Amos 3:3)? Pray this prayer with me: Holy Spirit, please clean out my heart, make over my soul, and allow me to get rid of the accumulated things and people that diminish me as an individual, as an employee, or as a visionary. In Jesus name, Amen!

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 20
BEFORE you can fully lead, you must withstand controversy and conflict.
a. Leaders tend to be controversial.
b. Leaders’ decisions create conflict.
c. Leaders are persons of commitment.
d. Leaders are guided by their character.
Be COURAGEOUS and accept the leadership responsibility of being controversial. You are not POSITIONED to make everyone like you! That’s God’s job. It’s called FAVOR…and…It ain’t fair!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 15, 16 17

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 15
In this new season, God will EXPOSE you to brand new things and people.  However, do not get caught up in looking at the outside of a person, relationship or situation!  These things do not always reflect what is on the inside.  Jesus said about the Pharisees that “outside” they were clean, but “inside” they were full of dead men’s bones (Matthew 23:27). Ask God for His wisdom and KNOWLEDGE as you navigate new territory and people!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 16
When faced with significant opportunities, you might become fearful of bringing your past into your present.  Take COURAGE in God POSITIONING you; God EXPOSING you; and God granting you His KNOWLEDGE! He would not have prepared you and brought you this far if He planned on destroying you or allowing new opportunities to overwhelm you.  He’s given you your PECKING ORDERS because He knows you can handle them and carry them out! Continue pecking your way out!!!

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 17
BEFORE you can see the beauty of the surroundings in which God has POSITIONED you, you must remove the clutter!  God is a God of order! “God is not the author of confusion, but of peace” (1Cor. 14:33). Though confusion does not stop God from working, it does stop YOU!  The removal of unneeded items can reveal the beauty, functionally and lovely features of God’s creation, your possessions, and even your spirit.  It’s time to clean house… physically, spiritually and mentally!

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 13 & 14

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 13

Don’t stop PECKING! Instead of feeling battered, choose to have the faith that you can rebuild your life! Philippians 4:13 (NKJV) gives us a reminder that “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. Do not yield power over your life to others in the process of releasing the trauma of your past. “Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old” (Isaiah 43:18 KJV). Tenaciously gather what power is within your reach and rebuild your life, no matter how battered you might feel by circumstances. Get ready for POSITIONING, EXPOSURE, COURAGE and KNOWLEDGE!

WTAL - 52 Days of Pecking Orders - Day 14

You’ve got to get involved! Make the decision! Before anything will change, you must decide YOU want to change! You must decide to yield to God’s will and allow Him to POSITION you where you need to be before the next shifting occurs! But, change is not easy. It requires COURAGE! In the terrifying, soul-tingling feelings of the vertigo of change, we learn the value of faith and the fuel of prayer.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 11 & 12

WTAL- 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 11

Blame is a learned behavior that you can unlearn, but it takes COURAGE to move on from the familiarity of past mistakes and methods! Develop a strategy that focuses on where you’re going and what God is saying will happen. Philippians 3:13-14 describes the outlook we should have:  “I do not consider myself to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Instead of spending energy on blame, move into the future and begin visualizing what success and victory look like.  Keep pecking…

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 12
Anger is rarely the first emotion. Fear usually strikes first, preying on what we don’t know. Therefore, the solution requires KNOWLEDGE! As you continue forward, decide to work for a solution instead of being angry.  You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control how you respond to situations and issues.  “Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires” (James 1:20 NIV). You have a choice to make.  You can stand with angry fists raised, or you can assume responsibility for your response and refuse to be a victim of your own anger.

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 7 & Day 8

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 7
As God POSITIONS you for HIS plans and exposes you to new things, have the COURAGE to listen to your heart and not just your mind.  God gave you an inner voice for a reason, and He is not insulted when you listen to it.  Your decision will require Godly discernment!  Much of the anxiety and regret that come from the weight of you decisions can be alleviated or avoided if you assemble all of your information and have the right KNOWLEDGE. P-E-C-K!

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 8
KNOWLEDGE insists and affirms that no question is too stupid to ask.  The step you must always remember as you go forward is “Research.” Your choices are no stronger than the facts you have.  This requires information! “My people are destroyed from lack of KNOWLEDGE” (Hosea 4:6 NIV). Chicks, get the information! Never attempt to silence the voice within you that continues to question!

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 5 6

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 6
In making important decisions, you must realize that bad choices can cause you to face a setback! You can’t afford this, so make every move count because they affect your POSITION. This requires several things….
1- Research – gathering information and collecting data
2- Roadwork – removing obstacles and clearing the path
3- Rewards – listing choices and imagining their consequences or benefits
4- Revelation – narrowing my options and making my selection
5- Rearview – looking back and adjusting as necessary to stay on course.
Following these guidelines helps me move confidently into the future with no regrets.
What’s your next move? Keep pecking…..

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 4

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 4

So now that you know where you stand and your working on your plan… Step 3

3. Celebrate small successes
I don’t mean go on a shopping spree either!!
But do congratulate yourself. You are pecking your way out!
You need the rewarded feeling of regaining control of your name. Don’t wait till your out to celebrate your progress

Are you still pecking away?

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 3

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 3

Yesterday we assessed the damage of exactly where our credit really is. Now, let’s work on a plan to improve your credit and eliminate outstanding debt… Step 2

2. Set up A Plan
The old adage says: “How do you eat an elephant?... One bite at a time. “No matter how small the bites… let’s get started! To clean up your credit, keep a log for each credit bureau to track your disputes, letters written to creditors and any items you pay off or settle. When it comes to eliminating debt, setup a budget to know exactly “where art thou” and track your income and monthly expenses. Attack the highest interest rates first to reduce your outstanding balances.

Keep pecking!

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 2

WTAL 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 2

The restoration of your credit is the redemption of your name. No matter how long it takes, don’t let the enemy steal your name. The Bible says a good man is better than precious ointment and more desirable than great riches (Eccl 7:1; Proverbs 22:1).

Most people, once a credit score is diminished, accept it as if it were a terminal disease. This isn’t a sickness unto death!! The truth is actually simple. Bad choices are often the reason we got in trouble. So, good choices will get you out! Take control of your destiny by plotting your way to repairing the damage. Step 1…

  1. Asses the Damage
Go online and get your credit report. Stop running from reality. You can’t ignore the facts. Dispute any known discrepancies listed on the report! The fair Credit Reporting Act requires the credit bureaus to provide you a free copy of your credit report annually.

I’ll post step 2 tomorrow… Alright chicks lets get to pecking!!

Carnal MInded

“For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” Romans 8:5-6

Therefore the carnal mind is when a person is choosing to interest themselves in carnality, to set their affections on their flesh, when they purpose to live for the gratif...
ication of themselves. The carnal mind is not a passive state but an active state.

The carnal mind is nothing more than a selfish state of mind.
.It is with the mind that choices are made.It is impossible for a person, who has a carnal mind, to be pleasing to God or to be in submission to God, while they are in such a state of mind.

As long as a man is carnally minded, he cannot please God and he cannot obey the law. But if he changes his mind (repent), so that he is no longer choosing to live for himself but chooses to live for God, then he can be pleasing to God and he can obey the law.

****Self Check***
It is within our natural ability to choose who we will serve (Joshua 24:15), whether we will serve ourselves or serve God. We have the natural ability to choose what we will set our affections on, either on the flesh or on the Spirit.

I say Choose yea this Day to Serve THe LORD !!!

FEAR

Fear becomes a stronghold in our lives because it is rooted in our desire to protect ourselves from some potential judgment, punishment, pain, or suffering.

Fear will cause us to hide. It will cause us to deny the truth. It will cause us to flee the very presence of God.

Fear will rob us of our destiny, and it must not be tolerated in any way. It must be destroyed.

Fear blinds us from the truth. It drives us in a direction completely opposite from where God is. We must recognize fear for what it is—a sin that God has clearly commanded us to resist.
Fear operates by getting people to put their attention on themselves. It causes a person to focus on self-preservation and to reject anything that threatens his or her self-interest.

Second Timothy 1:7 says, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. —JOSHUA 1:9

God has not given us a spirit of fear, nor does He want us to operate under any influence of fear.
Lets examine ourselves ! What part of our lives that we hace operating out of the spirit of FEAR!

A personal friend of mine had this on his Facebook page which I tought was helpful.. So  I wanted to Share this with you guys..

No person could save another.
--Joyce Carol Oates

We encounter the experiences we need in our lives. It's sometimes hard to believe that when we're grappling with disappointment, anger, or loss. Yet everything that comes our way is material for our growth.

Many of us entertain a fantasy that some person can complete us. We don't believe that we're complete in ourselves. Only when we do will we b...
ecome able to share in a life-enhancing partnership with another person. Only when we love ourselves can we love others realistically, instead of seeing them as fantasy figures, projections of our own desire.

No one can hurt us emotionally unless we allow the hurt. We're full partners in everything that we do, and taking responsibility for our actions and our desires is our first step toward being fully lovable.

The only one who can save me is me.

Day 6: Fresh Air

"I like to play indoors better 'cause that's where all the electrical outlets are." -- Paul, a Fourth-Grader in San Diego I love the summer.

Warm sunny days, walks with my wife, barbecue, watermelon, ice cream, television, a variety of fresh fruits & vegetables, outdoor sports & recreation, butterflies, vibrant greenery, the sweet fragrances of lilacs & honeysuckle, gorgeous sunsets, Nintendo, red dew-covered roses, fishing, family gatherings and the list could go on. Quick trivia question: which items seem out of place? Unfortunately, for many kids today, TV, video games and other forms of media are robbing them of the simple, imaginative childhood they're naturally wired for. And it's not just kids.

A recent study by A.C. Nielsen revealed that the average American adult watches nearly 5 hours television per day. Those over the age of 55 average nearly 6 hours per day. I recently heard about a program called The Fresh Air Fund that was started in 1877 by a non-profit organization. Their goal was to introduce disadvantaged children living in the inner cities to the "great outdoors". The program was started in New York to benefit the city's youth. A man, by the name of Reverend Parsons asked his parishioners to volunteer to host inner city youth for a time away in the country. They agreed and The Fresh Air Fund was born. The program still flourishes today, offering a choice of five camps in upstate New York for the city's children to enjoy time away and learn about country life.

Luke 21: 37 says, "Every day Jesus went to the Temple to teach, and each evening he returned to spend the night on the Mount of Olives."

In our noisy world I find this concept incredibly liberating. Jesus saw the importance of "unplugging" from all the noise that a typical day brings. The Mount of Olives was a place of 'fresh air' for Jesus. As followers of Jesus, we must also see the importance of literally unplugging from our noise (media) sources on a daily basis. By doing this daily, we may find it refreshing to try one week or one month media fasts that eventually turn into permanent practices.

There There truly is power in unplugging.  Are you ready for some fresh air?

Day 5: Brain Matters

 Brain Matters
"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life." - Proverbs 4:23

Ready to brush up on human anatomy? What part of our brain stores memory? If you said the Hippocampus, you're correct. Studies have shown that once information is loaded into our hippocampus, it's almost impossible to erase. In a sense, our brains are the most sophisticated computer systems on the planet. The last I heard, no company has created a computer with unlimited hard drive memory.

Today's laptops have over 600 gigabytes of storage space! But even the most sophisticated computer we have at our fingertips pales in comparison to the human brain. As long as we're alive, we're able to load as much information as possible into our brains. But unlike a computer, our brains don't have a delete button. How many times have you loaded images or words or words into your brain and wished you could delete them?

I was eight years old when two neighbor kids next door brought over their dad's Hustler magazine. At that age, I could barely comprehend what I was looking at, but those images were burned into my brain for years afterward. Television, movies, video games, and the internet have a profound impact on our lives. I know people who say they have trouble sleeping at night. The first question I ask them is "What were you doing right before going to bed?"

Tell me what youwere watching or reading before bedtime and I'll have a pretty good idea how well you're sleeping. What we choose to load into the hard drive of our brain is powerful. It will either be ammunition used against us by our spiritual enemy or ammunition used to defeat our enemy.

Day 4: Swimming Against the Current

Have you ever gone swimming or canoeing in a river and tried to swim or paddle against the current?
If you have, you know how difficult and exhausting it can be.  But, this is precisely what the salmon does for much of its life.
Like the salmon, the true disciple of Jesus Christ will feel like he/she is swimming against the current in the world in which we live. There will be numerous tactics Satan uses to try to discourage Christians in their relationship with God. Some of those tactics may include doubt, loneliness, disappointments, self-hatred, unforgiveness or maybe a physical ailment.

What is the enemy using in your life to get you down? As the salmon has to constantly elude predators, the Christian has to "...be careful! Watch out for attacks. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for some victim to devour." (I Peter 5:8) Take heart Christian!

If you're undergoing attacks from the Devil, that means he still considers you a threat to his plan. Are you going through a trial? "...let it be an opportunity for great joy...because your endurance has a chance to grow." (James 1:2-3) The life cycle of a salmon is not complete without a look at the inevitable death. The brilliant colors fade as the fish decomposes. Hopefully each salmon alongside the river has accomplished its mission of bringing new life into our world. The same is true of the disciple of Christ.

A dying of our selfish flesh is necessary in order for Christ to live fully through us. In his letter to the Galatians, Paul wrote, "I myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me." (Galatians 2:20)

Day 3: Plot Failed

On June 2, 2007 Federal authorities announced they had broken up a suspected terrorist cell planning a chilling attack to destroy John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City. This plot was intended to kill thousands of people and trigger an economic catastrophe by blowing up a jet fuel artery that runs through populous residential neighborhoods. Authorities had been tracking the four men involved for more than a year and were able to foil the plot in the planning stages. "The devastation that would be caused had this plot succeeded is just unthinkable," U.S. Attorney Roslynn R. Mauskopf said at a news conference, calling it "one of the most chilling plots imaginable." One of the men involved in the plot was even quoted as saying it would have caused "greater destruction than the September 11 attacks.

" You may or may not be aware of a very real terrorist plot geared to cause destruction in your life each and every day. Ephesians 6:11 says, "Put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil." That word "strategies" can also translate to "plans, schemes, and plots." Believe it or not, the devil and his demons have been studying your life inside and out. They know your weaknesses and where you're most vulnerable to attack. Just as the September 11, 2001 attacks were not planned overnight, most spiritual attacks on your life are a result of careful planning on the part of demons assigned to take you out.

For example, the devil doesn't show up in your room with a smile on his face, horns, wearing a red cape, holding a pitchfork while asking you if you'd like to look at porn all night so he can destroy your life. It's usually a process that begins with the subtle glance at the magazine in your local grocery store checkout line or perhaps the lingering stare at a girl you find attractive. Maybe it begins with that cigarette your friend offers you and says "it's no big deal." It could be the wandering eyes while taking that math test and you reason "everybody cheats now and then." In other words, the seemingly small temptations are all geared to test your armor and expose weakness. We're instructed in I Peter 5:8 to "Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around likea roaring lion, looking for someone to devour." Make no mistake, this 'supreme terrorist' has one goal and one goal only...to take you out by any means possible! There are several ways we can 'stay alert' to the enemy's terrorist plot on our lives but we'll just focus on one today. Just before Jesus was betrayed by Judas for 30 silver coins, He was praying with his disciples in an olive grove called Gethsemane...on second thought, let me rephrase that last sentence...Jesus was praying while his disciples were snoozing. Jesus had specifically told the disciples to "Keep watch and pray, so that you will not give in to temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak!" (Matthew 26:41).

I believe Jesus' instruction applies to us today just as much as it did then. When we pray, we are requesting the direction and help of our spiritual Commander-in-Chief, Jesus. We are acknowledging our need for all the surveillance and information that's available to us in order to foil the plans of our enemy. If the devil and his demons can lull us to sleep, they can prevent us from keeping watch and praying, thus allowing them to advance virtually unnoticed. I once heard it said that when you're on your knees, it's pretty hard to stumble. Prayer brings clarity to our lives as we call on God to reveal where the devil is scheming. How awesome to know that we have the opportunity to help foil an evil plot of the enemy!

Day 2: Back to the Basics

I've been reading this book By CJ Hitz Called "Fuel for the soul " 21 days of devotionals and wanted to bring you along on my 21 days of devotionals.  You can get a copy of this book from her website.

Day 2: Back to the Basics

If you've practiced a sport for any length of time, you know what it means to go through a "slump". Professional athletes go through slumps. Whether you're talking to an NBA basketball player struggling with his jump shot or a PGA golfer struggling with his swing, they'll tell you the same thing when it comes to working out of a slump..."it's time to get back to the basics." The fundamentals. These are the essentials necessary to play the game correctly.

In golf, something as simple as the way you're gripping the club can throw your swing off. We live in an age of gimmicks, fads, and fancy solutions to many problems we face. Churches are no strangers to these "cool, hip, state of the art" methods. There's only one problem...They're not working. Records show the largest protestant denominations in the U.S. have reported 0% new growth over the last couple years. Zero. Even with multi-million dollar building campaigns, the most expensive gadgets, or the hippest youth facility, churches are seeing little impact.

We've been relying on gimmicks over God. Jesus gave his disciples a key "fundamental" to practice after his
resurrection. Are you ready for this?

Here it is... Waiting.

In Acts 1:4, Jesus tells the disciples to "wait in Jerusalem until the Father sends you what he promised." So simple, yet so profound. Many times, we rush to begin a new program in the church and then we ask God to bless our efforts rather than asking for his direction in the first place. When it doesn't get the desired result we hoped for we're left scratching our heads. Ready to come out of your spiritual slump? Get back to the basics.

Fuel for the soul " 21 Days of devotionals

I've been reading this book By CJ Hitz Called "Fuel for the soul " 21 days of devotionals and wanted to bring you along on my 21 days of devotionals.  You can get a free copy of this from her website.
So lets begin !!

                                                      Day 1: Cloudy Water

Have you ever seen one of those glass bubble-looking things that you shake and it looks like a blizzard inside? Umm...CJ, it's called a snow globe. Eventually, after you set it down, all the little flakes settle on the bottom. You can get a similar effect when you take a glass jar, fill it with river or pond water and shake it up. After several minutes, the sediment settles on the bottom.

At times, our lives resemble these containers when they're shaken up. The waters of our lives become cloudy and stirred up to the point where we lack focus and clarity. During these times it becomes necessary to quiet ourselves so we're able to hear the voice of God again. The only way this really happens is to take a break from the distractions and activity.

Jesus knew the importance of allowing the 'water to clear.' Luke's 5:16 tells us that "Jesus often withdrew to lonely places for prayer." Yes, even Jesus' life became cloudy at times. Jesus was, quite possibly, one of the busiest people to ever live, constantly encountering people who wanted or needed something from him. Of course, he was more than willing to give of Himself sacrificially.

Activity in our lives is a good thing. Let's just remember to allow the to clear from time to time by withdrawing to lonely places.

Always feeling never Good Enough?

He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. John 1:11

I'm pretty sure this rejection carried with me through my adult life because I still struggle with the feelings of not being good enough. I still look to find my worth in the people who let me into their “groups” and even through those who still reject me. Often I strive to be accepted by certain people thinking that maybe if they accept me or even acknowledge me then I will finally be good enough. As an adult I have experienced rejection among church, family, and friends. I have also rejected and hurt others in my life. Even though I believe that we need to have boundaries in all relationships, I also believe that even through those boundaries we can still accept and love the other person.

So many years of believing that what I did made me good enough has held me back from the life God had planned for me. Oh how disappointed I was to find out that even if I tried my best - someone or something - would say “You’re not good enough.”. So often when we are rejected by life, or other people, we harbor this lie that we are not good enough. Perfection doesn't mean good enough. When we seek acceptance from others we often put on the actions we must take and the hoops we must jump through in order to please them. But perfection doesn't mean you are good enough. The pursuit of perfection means you are insecure in who you are and what you are capable of doing.

SO often we have been rejected, that we reject our self. We hold back the gifts God has given us. We compare our self to other people. We are ashamed of our mistakes. Guilt says you're not good enough. When we reject our self we reject God because God is alive in our heart through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Are we weak? Yes. Are we perfect? No. Do we have all the answers? No. Do we need to have all the answers to live a life accepted? No. Do we need to BE “a god” in order to encourage others in their walk with Christ? No. God has already accepted us and He will equip us. But in order for us to live a life accepted we must first realize the truth and we must begin to LIVE it out. That truth is we are accepted by God always, and rejection is a lie.

The truth is this: God made you in His image, and that makes you capable. Not by what you can do, not by what you have learned, but by His grace. Grace to shower His love on us, grace for creating us in His image and with a free will, and grace to bless us with the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Are you Connect With GOD?

WE are all on a journey and each of us are at different places in our relationship with God. Some are just exploring who God is and how He can fit into their lives. Some have just begun a relationship with God, while others have been walking with God for a long time. Wherever you are on your journey, God is close by. He longs to have a relationship with you, but won’t force you to spend time with Him.

I have to admit that I went through a time a few years ago where I felt far from God. It felt like there was a wall between God and I. I didn’t feel like praying and didn’t feel like reading my bible. Maybe some of you can relate to feeling that way. Maybe you’re in that place right now. For me, I had allowed some bitterness to take root in my heart and also some unforgiveness towards some people who hurt me. They were people I trusted which made it even harder. Finally, I allowed God to come in to my bitter and broken heart.

THe first step for me was forgiveness. Forgiving those that hurt me, asking God’s forgiveness and finally forgiving myself. Then, it felt as if that wall between God and I was finally removed! I truly had a desire to change. This is when I felt like I wanted to talk to God again through prayer and reading His Word. I actually felt like a sponge -- just soaking up my time with God.

There are several verses that talk about our need to stay connected to God and be a vessel for Him. Here are a few:

John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

**************************Are you connected*******************************
Lord I pray that the person reading this blog Will do a self examination to find your heartbeat in them. Let them search for ways to Get connect and STAY connect to the true and living GOD!!
In Jesus Amen!!

Do you feel rejected and overlooked!!!

Do you feel rejected and overlooked? Don't count yourself out just yet, there is hope for your situation!!!!

We are all prone to disappointment and feelings of rejection, and that is especially true in the aftermath of a broken relationship. However, as born-again believers we have a resource in God's Word that can bring comfort and clarity to the situation. One person's rejection does not mean we are unlovable. But we can allow that one rejection to determine how we feel and allow that feeling to color our idea of who we are, or we can choose to put that behind us and move forward on the basis of something that is far more lasting.

What is that? For believers, it is our position in Christ. When we are born again, we are accepted. "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves" (
Ephesians 1:3-6).

Even though we do not deserve it nor can we earn it (
Ephesians 2:8-9), the Lord Jesus Christ has blessed us with every spiritual blessing and has made us accepted in Him. This acceptance is His gift of grace, and it transcends any and all other "feelings" we may have because it is not based on "hope so" but on "know so." We know that this is true because God's Word tells us, and as we appropriate this truth by faith, it becomes reality in our hearts and lives.

Walking by our feelings is like walking through the world with our heart on our sleeve. We are bound to be hurt, and we are bound to be disappointed, for we live in a fallen world. What we choose to do with that hurt and disappointment will either allow us to grow stronger in our walk with the Lord or it will mean that we are walking wounded. Both outcomes are our choice. God makes it possible for us to walk through the disappointments in life with a knowledge that His provision for us works. His grace and His comfort are ours as we rest in Him. Every born-again child of God has all of these provisions and blessings in Christ, but we have to choose to utilize them. It is sort of like having a million dollars in the bank and choosing to starve to death because we don't use that money to buy food. It is also true that we cannot use what we do not know. Therefore, it behooves every believer to "know" the God who knows us and loves us, and that means more than a devotional reading of God Word but study that changes our perspective (
2 Timothy 3:16-17) and allows us to face life armed with real understanding about the reality of walking by faith.

As believers we are not defined by our past failures or by disappointment or by the rejection of others. We are defined as children of God, born again to newness of life and endowed with every spiritual blessing and accepted in Christ Jesus. That is the defining factor when it comes to victorious living. God has prepared for each of us unique opportunities to walk through the "all things" of this life. We can either walk in our own strength and what the Apostle Paul calls our "flesh," or we can walk in the power of the provision God has made for us through the Holy Spirit. It is our choice. God has provided us with armor (
Ephesians 6:11-18), but it is up to us to put it on by faith.

Therefore, if you are a child of God, you may suffer disappointment in this life, but you need to remember that as a child of the King, this rejection is a momentary bump in the road. You have a choice to either allow that bump to derail you and walk wounded, or you can choose to claim the heritage of a child of God and move forward in grace. Forgiveness of others and of self is a gift that you can give because it is the gift given to you by the Lord Jesus Christ (
Ephesians 4:32).

Battlefield of the Mind!!!

Are you struggling in your mind, according to the word of God, we can be set-free and delivered.  I just wanted to provide you with some scriptures........You have the power to change your situation!!!!!!! by changing the way you think................

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is -- his good, pleasing and perfect will (Romans 12:2).

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds (Ephesians 4:22-23).

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God" (Colossians 3:1-3).

GREATNESS IS ALREADY in ME!

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 1 JOHN4:4

Everybody talking about I'm on my  way to Greatness. Which I have a problem with that. When the word of GOD states that Greater is he that is in me, than he that in the world.  Now lets look at that scripture for a moment;
1. We belong to God.
2. As such, we are able to overcome the world.
3. The one inside us is greater than the one in the world

So if we belong to God and he is in us , than we are already equip with Greatness.
It's the GOD in me that make me Greater than any Haters.
It's the GOD in me that make me Greater than any Situation.
It's the GOD in me that make me Greater than any Circumstances.

*** You see I'm not Destine for Greatness. Because Greatness Is already in me!!

Broken Hearted

“He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3) “
He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted.” (Isaiah 61:1)

To be broken hearted is to be broken into pieces, crushed, crippled, shattered, and torn. It hurts. Some of you know exactly what I mean.

All of us have been hurt at some time in our lives, in need of emotional healing. Whether it’s been a bad break-up, parents’ divorce, death in the family, abuse, rejection from friends....we’ve all been there at one time or another.

John Eldredge says “If you wanted to learn how to heal the blind and you thought that following Christ around and watching how he did it would make things clear, you’d wind up pretty frustrated. He never does it the same way twice. He spits on one guy; for another, he spits on the ground and makes mud and puts that on his eyes. To a third he simply speaks, a fourth he touches, and for a fifth he kicks out a demon. There are no formulas with God. The way in which God heals our wound is a deeply personal process. He is a person and he insists on working personally.
.
Those verses remind me that there is healing for the broken hearted. I don’t know about you, but that comforts me. To know there is hope.

Do you feel crippled today by your broken heart? Be encouraged and know that Jesus is the “doctor” that can do surgery to bind up and bandage the broken pieces back together and help you heal again. I know what it feels like to be “crippled” emotionally and spiritually for several years. But, I also know what it feels like to be able to “walk again” – experiencing the healing that only comes from Jesus. He restored me. And guess what? He wants to do the same for you.

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT MOTHERHOOD, MOTHER’S DAY

“Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.”

Mother holds a special place in the hearts of all, for without her none of us could be here in physical form and as an expression of the will of God to have humans made in his own image.

A mother is so important to us, in fact, that God Himself gives respect to her and her place in our world. Knowing that, what, then, does the Bible say about mothers and Mother’s Day.

Mothers are first celebrated by Adam. In the Bible it says, “And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.” Genesis 3:20 KJV  It is in this verse, in fact, that the term “mother” is first mentioned.

The etymology of the word Eve is derived from the Hebrew words for, to breathe, and to live. She is the breath and our life, and we celebrate her as the mother of all mankind. So today’s mother has a great responsibility to do what God has required of us.

The Bible says, “That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.” Titus 2:4-5

Famous Mother’s in the Bible
  • Eve – Mother of all mankind
  • Hannah – Mother to the Prophet Samuel
  • Naomi – Mother-in-law to Ruth
  • Mary – Mother to Jesus
  • Elizabeth – Mother of John the Baptist

Hannah, the mother of Samuel. She promised God that she would dedicate her son completely to Him if God would give her conception. The Bible says, “And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.” 1 Samuel 1:11

Mothers should be willing to put God first and seek to dedicate her child to the service of the Lord. The godly mother will not be so much concerned with how much money their children make when they become adults as how faithful they will be to the Lord and what service they will be to Him.

Given all that a mother is to her children and how respected she is in the Bible, we can do no less than to live that example in our own lives.
Think about the gift of life that a mother gives to us, from God. Without her, we cannot become the expression of His image here on Earth. And she risks all to give us the opportunity,to breathe, and to live, as Eve herself did. As she is the mother of all life on Earth, so too is our own mother the origin of our individual life.

In fact, we honor God Himself when we love and honor our own mothers. On this special day, may we thank God for the mothers who have molded our hearts. As we honor them, we fulfill the truth of, “Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.” Proverbs 31:28 KJV

Happy Mother's Day To ALL MOTHERS!!

God Won’t Forget

“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you.”   Isaiah 49:15

The Bible promises that God will never forget you. This holds true even though others may have abandoned you. Perhaps your father left you before you were born; or, your mother abandoned you as a child. Perhaps the friends you have grew up with suddenly abandoned you for the popular crowd as soon as you entered high school. Regardless of how you were rejected, here are some questions that I would like for you to consider.

Question 1: Because of past experiences of rejection, have you ever come to believe that God has abandoned you too, and that you’re not worth His time? Nothing can be more wrong! God, who has created you can’t stop thinking about you! His thoughts of you are more than the grains in the sand. (Psalm 139: 17-18)

Question 2: Do you believe that Jesus loves you and longs to be close to you; to heal your pain, to forgive and free you from sin, and to make you His child? It’s true! Draw close to Him and He will draw close to you. (James 4:8)

Prayer:
Father God, thank you that you love me. Thank you that your love is perfect and nothing that I say or do can make you love me less. I pray that you will heal me of my pain from being rejected by others. Help me to forgive those who have hurt me. Help me to remember your word so when I’m tempted to doubt your goodness, I will have a firm foundation to stand on. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Restoration has come

Restorations is being brought back to our position and condition before the foundation of the world when we were chosen.
Throughout the "word of God" is the record of the Lord's effort to reclaim and restore those who are externally HIS.
Funny how God Will use imperfect people who have committed GREAT SIN and RESTORE them. Samson failed..Abraham faled. Solomon failed. Even King David Failed a man after God's own heart failed. All committed willful disobedient sin , ading and abetting the enemy after having once pledge their life to GOD.

BUT REASSURE RESTORATION TIME HAS COME!

The first step restoration is Repentance.
Repentance is having an honest and straightforward acknowledgement of failure.
Psalms 51:3 says "For I acknowlegde my transgressions and my sin is ever before me.

Gods says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Once confess .. GOD IS FAITHFULL AND WILL RESTORE.!!
Not only will he restore he will EXCEED OUR EXPECTATIONS!

He will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

Restoration time has come! Let the lord restore you...

He is a Genius

The Ark of The Covenant was designed by God and BUILT FOR MOBILITY, for God’s People were always moving, therefore God was moving with them.  God’s People would carry The Ark or Presence of God with them wherever they went.  Poles were built to carry The Ark, The Presence of God by people, God’s People.  God wanted to be with His People; therefore, He placed His Presence IN A CONTAINER called an ARK and He within that CONTAINER would intimately speak, direct, counsel, and guide His Children.  Then when Jesus came to fulfill and pay for The New Covenant something changed with The Ark.

When Jesus died on the Cross, the veil was ripped in The Temple that separated man and the Ark that had The Presence of God in it. The ARK of The Covenant, or The CONTAINER of God’s Presence was now unrestricted, God was able now to not just be with one man, one time a year, He was now able to be WITH and IN HIS PEOPLE!  He was now able to be mobile again within His People!  And He was no longer confined to ONE CONTAINER or ARK, The New Covenant allowed Him to be IN MANY PEOPLE, IN MANY PLACES ALL AT ONE TIME!

Now we The People of God, The Church, The Bride of Christ are God’s ARKS of the Covenant!  We are His “Containers” that His Presence is carried in!  We carry Him with us everywhere we go!  We have Him IN us AT ALL TIMES!  And we can talk to Him and He can talk to us!  He no longer is within the one Ark!  He is in Covenant with us through Christ Jesus to DO more, be in more PLACES, get more DONE, SAVE more people, HEAL more people, and FEED more people, DO MIRACULOUSLY MORE NOW THROUGH ALL OF US CHURCH, AS HIS ARKS OR CONTAINERS!

“I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and EVEN GREATER WORKS, because I am going to be with the Father. 13 You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father.” (JOHN 14:12-13 (NLT))  Jesus was letting us know, that with more Arks or Containers, The Church with God’s Presence walking around with God in them, we can do MORE or GREATER WORKS in this earth!  What an awesome Plan and Planner, God is!  Truly, He is a Genius!

Scripture of the Day:  “There I will meet with you and, from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are upon the ARK of the Testimony, I will speak intimately with you of all which I will give you in commandment to the Israelites.” - Exodus 25:22

Do You Know What's In You?

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
Psalm 139:23

So I walked into church this past Sunday morning, I was running late so I didn't go to my usual Sunday School Class, I slipped into the beginners class. The class was being taught on how to pray, and when to pray, and when you pray to be specific in your prayer. The teacher began to tell us that when they pray, their prayer is about asking God to show them who they really are, show me oh lord what I need to work on in myself. You know sometimes we can get so caught up with the things that are going on around us, and praying for subjection of flesh in somebody else  and forget that it is me oh lord standing in the need of prayer!

The teacher said that when you ask God to search you,  be ready to accept what God tells you about yourself! So God told the teacher that they were selfish, and of course they didn't believe it. So here comes the test!! God sent their godchild  for the weekend and the godchild  stole  all of the attention.

When it was time for the godchild to go back home they started to cry and say, " I don't want to go",  but  the teacher said in their head , " you ain't staying another night here, you have to go". Immediately, God spoke and said, " I told you that you are selfish, you are upset at your godchild and don't want to share your attention, you would rather they leave so you can get it all, while the child's poor little eye's are pouring out." Instantly, the teacher said they had to ask for forgiveness, because they really didn't believe it!

God has away of letting us know where we stand, and what we need to work on to be righteous and holy. So the next time we're praying for guidance let us remember to accept what's in  us, so God can deliver us for His Glory.

Be Blessed and Beautiful
